Delete your SweetFarewell account
You can delete your account at any time, yourself, in the app or on the website. It takes effect immediately.
In the app or on the website
- Log in to SweetFarewell (Android app, iOS app or app.sweetfarewell.com).
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without access to the app
Write to support@sweetfarewell.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email once it is done, within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
Your account (name, email address, settings), your Farewells and their flights, messages and contact details, your saved messages and contacts, your support requests and your customer record at our payment provider. Unused credits are lost.
What we keep
Credit and payment records, without your name or email address, for ten years, as Swiss accounting law requires. Technical logs are deleted after about 30 days, and backups held by our hosting provider are overwritten in the normal course. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
